Gestione resi

Per tutti i prodotti presenti nel nostro sito, esclusi gli alimentari, è possibile procedere con il reso nella modalità sotto riportata.

Contattaci nell'apposita sezione entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento del pacco (clicca qui), indica il riferimento al tuo ordine e se vuoi procedere con un reso o con un cambio di taglia/prodotto.

Nel secondo caso dovrai indicarci il prodotto che vuoi sostituire e la taglia che vorresti ricevere.

Non appena riceveremo la tua segnalazione verificheremo la disponibilità della merce richiesta e ti invieremo una mail di autorizzazione alla spedizione.

Successivamente dovrai seguire questi passaggi:

1- Verifica che la merce che vuoi sostituire sia "pari al nuovo" con tutte le etichette e i sacchetti forniti in origine.
2- Imballa con cura i prodotti, puoi utilizzare la scatola in cui li hai ricevuti.
3- Inserisci nella scatola una copia della mail di autorizzazione alla spedizione che hai ricevuto.
4- Spedisci il pacco a:

Puoi usare le Poste o un corriere a tua scelta ma consigliamo sempre di utilizzare un metodo di spedizione che sia tracciabile.
La spedizione verso il nostro magazzino è a tue spese e il materiale sotto la tua responsabilità, come da normativa vigente.

5- Attendi che il pacco arrivi presso il nostro magazzino.

Verificheremo l'integrità degli articoli e procederemo alla spedizione della nuova merce (questa spedizione è a nostro carico).
Anche in questo caso ti forniremo il tracking number per monitorare la merce.

Nel caso in cui tu abbia eseguito il reso richiedendo il rimborso, quest'ultimo sarà eseguito entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento presso il nostro magazzino, nella stessa modalità in cui è stato effettuato il pagamento.

(Nel caso in cui la taglia richiesta non sarà disponibile, potremo procedere al rimborso della somma relativa agli articoli restituiti).
