Returns and Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal (within 14 days of purchase)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving your parcel, without giving any reason. The quickest way is to use the "Withdraw from a purchase" button in your personal account area. Alternatively, you may contact us through the dedicated section of the website (click here), by email, or by certified email (PEC) to tecnosens@legalmail.it before the deadline expires. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The refund of all payments received, including standard delivery costs, will be issued within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method used for the original purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods. For full details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions of Sale (Art. 14) and the standard withdrawal form (Annex A).

Please note: the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery (for example underwear, helmets, personal protective equipment).

How to return goods

1. Make sure the products are intact, with all original labels and packaging.
2. Pack carefully — you can use the original box.
3. Include a copy of your withdrawal notice or authorisation email in the parcel.
4. Send the parcel to: ProcyclingPoint c/o Tecnosens S.p.A., Via Vergnano 16, 25125 Brescia, Italy. We recommend using a trackable shipping method: shipping costs are your responsibility and the goods are at your risk until received by us.
5. Wait for our confirmation of receipt and your refund.

Size or product exchange

If you would like to exchange a size or product instead of a refund, contact us through the dedicated section of the website, indicating your order number and the product you would like to receive. We will check availability and send you an authorisation. Shipping of the new goods is at our expense. If the requested size or product is not available, we will issue a refund for the corresponding amount.
