Return and refund policy
For all products on our site, excluding food, you can proceed with the return in the manner below.
Contact us in the appropriate section within 14 days of receipt of the package (click here), indicate the reference to your order and if you want to proceed with a return or a change of size / product.
In the second case you will have to indicate the product you want to replace and the size you would like to receive.
As soon as we receive your report, we will check the availability of the requested goods and send you an e-mail for shipping authorization.
Later you will have to follow these steps:
1- Check that the goods you want to replace are "like new" with all the labels and bags originally supplied.
2- Carefully pack the products, you can use the box in which you received them.
3- Insert a copy of the shipping authorization email you received in the box.
4- Send the package to:

You can use the Post or a courier of your choice but we always recommend using a shipping method that is traceable.
The shipment to our warehouse is at your expense and the material under your responsibility, as per current legislation.
5- Wait for the package to arrive at our warehouse.
We will check the integrity of the items and proceed to shipping the new goods (this shipment is at our expense).
Also in this case we will provide you with the tracking number to monitor the goods.
In the event that you have made the return requesting a refund, the refund will be executed within 14 days of receipt at our warehouse, in the same way in which the payment was made.
(In the event that the requested size will not be available, we can proceed with the refund of the sum related to the returned items).
