Orders received on our site are generally shipped via TNT, UPS, FEDEX within 24 hours from receipt of payment.
The courier service will deliver your goods within 24 / 48 hours of work after the package has been collected from our warehouse. In some cases, where the logistics coverage of the courier is not complete, the carrier can rely on third-party companies for the delivery, which can then take place by a different person in charge. Your products will always be traceable until the arrival at the destination you requested.
Tecnosens S.p.A. is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of products. Under art. 63 of the Consumer Code, any damage to the packaging of the Products must be immediately objectedby affixing a written control reserve on proof of delivery. It is understood that, once the delivery document has been signed without any objection, any exceptions regarding the external characteristics of the delivered goods will be precluded. In case of discrepancy, the customer is asked to report it immediately via the Contact Us section or by email to email@example.com. The customer is directly responsible for the veracity of each statement sent. In the event that it is impossible to deliver the package (for example, for incorrectly communicated address, recipient absent), this package will be returned to us, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer, including those for further sending. A telephone number is therefore obligatory for the finalization of the delivery.
INSURANCE Tecnosens S.p.A. sends goods covered by insurance, and is responsible for the goods until the moment of delivery, to the final recipient, which will be traceable from the courier's website.
COSTS The shipment in Italy and abroad takes place via Express mail with the following costs:
