Tecnosens S.p.A. accepts orders for goods on the procyclingpoint.com website, either through the site itself or via email. Once the order is placed, the buyer will receive a confirmation email in which all the details of the purchase will be highlighted.

PAYPAL

The PayPal service allows payment of orders placed via the web in a few steps and in a completely safe manner. After choosing this method of payment the site will direct you to a dedicated web page where the data of your Paypal account will be entered. In the event that you do not have a Paypal account, you can register for free or pay directly. After completing the procedure you will be notified with an email of the payment and receipt of the order.

CREDIT CARD

The purchase by Credit Card is immediate and secure through the PayPal portal.
Once the order is complete, you will be directed to the secure payment portal PayPal, where by entering the requested information you can complete the payment using your credit card.

BANK TRANSFER

By selecting this method of payment, once the purchase procedure has been completed, you will receive the coordinates on which to make the transfer. In order to speed up the delivery time, a copy of the bank statement must be sent to the e-mail address info@procyclingpoint.com. The order will be processed and sent only to credit to our account. Each commission incurred for wire transfers will be charged to the customer. This cost varies depending on the contract you have with your bank.

NOTE: The bank transfer must be made no later than 5 working days from the date of the order. Beyond this period, the order will be automatically deleted.

N.B.

Orders paid by bank transfer will be sent only when the credit of the amount paid has been verified.

MARK

  Payment by cash is in cash at the time of delivery of the goods directly to the courier. The service carries an additional surcharge compared to the shipping cost of € 5.50.
