The Super 3R helmet from Bell is designed for the ever-changing needs of the trail with an exclusive removable chin guard that basically offers you two helmets in one. You can remove and carry the chin guard in your backpack during long climbs, then lock it in place for greater safety on the technical ground. The simple and tool-free installation and removal process takes a few seconds.

The Float Fit system is lighter and more comfortable with an overprinted rubber dial, and this year the Tri-Glides No-Twist have been adopted for easier adjustment. Other route-specific features include the adjustable GoggleGuide visor, a detachable camera stand and Overbrow ventilation.

The Super 3R includes MIPS (Multi-Directional Impact Protection System), which can provide an additional measure of protection in certain impacts.
